Step 1: Register
If you have not already done so, register online to save your spot in iQ Academy
Step 2: Apply
Once registered, fill out and print the Enrollment Application and submit to iQ Academy by fax, mail, or email.*

Step 3: Finalize Enrollment and Select Courses
Once your Enrollment Application is processed, an iQ Academy school counselor will contact you to help you select your courses.

* Please note that emailing attachments containing personal information is considered less secure than sending via mail or fax.
** The driver's license and utility bill must match. This will be verified before enrollment is complete.
*** A withdrawal form should be submitted AFTER the student is accepted into the program.
**** Birth Certificate AND Social Security Card are both required as part of the enrollment application.
